As soon as you can: Start your Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) or California Dream Act Application (CADAA) - Though the March 2 priority deadline has passed, aid may still be available
Before October: Take any required tests.
By Sept. 15: Log in to your application and complete your Transfer Academic Update.
Oct. 1-31: Check the student portal to find out your spring admissions decision.
