About

BIOENGINEERING M.S. | PH.D.

Bioengineering is a dynamic field dedicated to developing innovative technologies for understanding, manipulating, and designing biological systems at the molecular, cellular, and organismal levels. The Bioengineering Graduate Group at UC Merced provides a robust research and training program for master’s and doctoral students eager to tackle a wide range of challenges, from fundamental biological processes to biotechnological, clinical, and healthcare applications. Our core focus is on employing novel methods and inventive approaches to advance both scientific knowledge and engineering practices.
